I have phoned the sorting office no less than 22 times between 9.30am and 13.45pm and I am still waiting for someone to pick up!! Utterly unacceptable customer service :(

I have just spent 30 minutes telephoning the Sorting Office in Mill lane. After about 2 minutes, each call logged out so I have to re-dial every time, and every time after 2 minutes the same thing happened. It is very urgent that I contact them SOON. How can I do this, please?
Unprecedented - No delivery for three days up to now in Harbour Tower????

Been trying all morning since 7 to get through with no answer I have tries several other numbers, getting through to wrong people and listening to a automated service. How hard is it to talk to a human being. Trying to ring about a package which is late and needed for a wedding. As per usual Royal Mail has done appalling with service.
On missing a small parcel on Friday 18th Oct I attempted to call the Gosport office on Monday 21st Oct to arrange a redelivery to an alternative address yet despite calling 3 times that morning (during the stated opening hours) I never managed to get a staff member to answer the phone even though I had allowed the phone to ring for 2mins on each occasion.
I then proceded to complete the online option and successfully confirmed for the parcel to be delivered to my work address (which is in Gosport) on the Wednesday 23rd Oct yet nothing has arrived. With this in mind I have tried to contact the Mill Road office again today to find out where the parcel is and yet again no answer on the phones despite allowing a 2min ring on each occassion.
